This video of Donald Payne, Jr. -- candidate for the 10th congressional seat that was held by his late father and includes Maplewood in the June 5 primary -- is getting some criticism as it apparently shows him using Newark Police to escort his campaign motorcade:
Payne is president of the Newark City Council.
