After much concern over the hiring process for a new Maplewood Middle School principal, the district sent a letter to parents today detailing the plans for reviewing candidates during the current second round of applications.
You may recall that the district had found what it deemed to be no viable finalists during an initial round of interviews following former MMS Principal Jerrill Adams' sudden resignation in June.
It recently announced that a new person would be named by the next school board meeting on Aug. 22, but offered no other details.
The new review plan issue today also includes a chance to meet and greet the finalists in two weeks.
