POLICE RECORDS OFFER MORE DETAILS ON CHS TEACHER'S ALLEGED SEX ACTS

Police records obtained by Maplewoodian.com indicate that Columbia High School teacher Nicole Dufault allegedly engaged in sexual activity with five CHS students on at least seven occasions between April and August of this year, including one incident that allegedly occurred on the victim’s 15th birthday.

The records can be seen HERE.

Obtained via the Open Public Records Act, the documents relate to the Sept. 17 arrest of Dufault, 35, who is being held on $500,000 bail for the alleged incidents, which the records indicate involved four 15-year-olds and one 16-year-old.

It is unclear how many incidents allegedly occurred inside the high school and how many were off campus or in her vehicle as police had previously stated.

The police reports also indicate that Dufault allegedly had intercourse with only three of the students, while allegedly engaging in oral sex with all five.
