DEAD CAT BY THE ROAD MUST WAIT
...Scanner indicates police were called to Springfield Avenue and Prospect Streets on report of an injured cat...When cops arrived, turned out the feline had died...But they said animal control would be called in the morning...So a dead cat on the roadside all day?
