TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE MEETS TONIGHT AT POLICE HQ.; POST OFFICE LAWSUIT AMONG ITEMS

The Township Committee meets tonight with an agenda that includes discussion of funding for the legal defense of the Maplewood Village Alliance against a lawsuit accusing the MVA of wrongly approving initial plans for the former Maplewood Village Post Office plan.

There is also expected to be discussion of applications for grants to fund police assigned to Maplewood Middle School and Columbia High School.

The meeting is at 7:30p.m. at the Maplewood Police Department, 1618 Springfield Ave., not Town Hall.
