The MVA also has agreed to hold another hearing on the proposed plan at the meeting following a lawsuit from plan opponents, Village Keepers Inc., which had sued the Township claiming proper procedures were not followed. Village Keepers this week agreed to drop the suit after the hearing agreement was reached.
