You my recall at the last MVA board meeting in May, a lively discussion occurred with angry opponents and strong supporters, ending with the MVA board giving preliminary approval to the plan.
Since then, a lawsuit has been filed against the Township to block the approval, while former mayor Fred Profeta has resigned from the MVA board.
The next MVA board meeting is set for Wednesday, July 22 at Town Hall.
