"GOODSTEIN" WINS MAJOR WEB AWARDS AGAIN

Our favorite web comedy series, Goodstein, has done it again, winning a handful of awards at the annual LA WEBFEST awards.

Creator and star Lee Navlen of Maplewood and several of his cast and crew traveled to Los Angeles this past week and came home with the following awards in the comedy category:

Best Series - Goodstein
Best actor- Lee Navlen
Best Supporting Actor - Ian Grodman
Best Guest Actress - Claudia Coloma
Outstanding writing - Lee Navlen, Kate Nichols
Outstanding Directing- Hemant Tavathia

This marks the second time Goodstein and friends won the awards, with similar accomplishments back in 2015.

Regular Maplewoodian.com readers have been able to see each episode here soon after its release. They know the show follows the trials and errors of fictional, pot-smoking, fake cross-dressing attorney Jonathan Goodstein, who most recently won a term as Maplewood mayor.
