TC APPROVES PARKING STUDY, ANTI-DAM RESOLUTION

The Township Committee on Tuesday night gave preliminary approval for a study to determine the feasibility of a parking deck in Maplewood Village.

Township Administrator Joseph Manning said no cost for the study had been determined.

The TC also passed a resolution opposing the controversial damming of the Rahway River in South Mountain Reservation.
