MMS STUDENT ZACH DOUBEK MRSA BATTLE IMPROVING

Zach Doubek
It's been two week's since we told you about young Zach Doubek, the Maplewood Middle School student who has been fighting a tough health battle against MRSA.

His parents, Marnie and Joe, have been very open about sharing his experiences, and their own.

They have kept friends and supporters informed via emails and alerted us today that Zach has move out of Morristown Memorial Hospital and into Children's Specialized Hospital Rehabilitation Center in New Brunswick.

As she states in her email, in part:

We are just figuring out how this place works. Each evening we will be getting a schedule of the next day's therpies. Zach will be doing one 60 minute session of physical therapy, one 30 minute session of physical therapy and one 60 minute session of occupational therapy. He also has a 30 minute session of recreational therapy. He is going to be absolutely exhausted! His stamina is so poor. No one is really willing to guess how long Zach will be here. I was guessing 10-14 days but tonight the nurses threw out 4-6 weeks.

Keep praying and offering positive support for this brave family.
