CRIMINAL ACTIVITY BLOCKS OFF BROOK BEHIND LIBRARY

Police responded with a heavy presence around the main library and blocked off access to the parking lot and a long stretch of  the brook behind the library.

Indication of some kind of criminal activity in the brook as the Essex County Prosecutor's Office was called in and an ambulance, but no signs of urgent medical care.
