FALSE MIDDLE SCHOOL CODE RED TRIGGERED

From the school district late Monday:

MMS Community,

A code red was triggered at MMS today by someone pushing an alarm button.  It was a false alarm and there was no actual danger at any time. The Maplewood Police Department responded promptly, and students and staff carried out the code red procedures seamlessly.  We are investigating how the code red was triggered and will take appropriate actions as necessary.

We are grateful for the assistance of the Maplewood Police Department, and very proud of our students.
