MAPLEWOOD LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE LAUNCHED

This just in:
Why This Matters:
Communities form when we find a strong sense of belonging to a group of other people. Each community member can play an important role in generating meaningful change in the world through personal leadership, or positive, proactive and purposeful behavior.  Personal leadership matters significantly at both work, in your life and in our world.
The Maplewood Leadership Development Initiative is comprised of a series of individual learning events focused on topics that will be relevant to your work AND your personal life. Each learning event will feature an individual with a deep level of expertise on a relevant topic, along with facilitated dialogue and exercises that will help you apply the knowledge to your life and/or work.
As a result of this focus, you will find the topics we are planning will have relevance to you both personally and professionally.  Finally, in case you were wondering, you do not need to have a current connection to Maplewood to participate. Maplewood is simply a great community to host these events, easily accessible from many places by train, car, bicycle, and by foot.

What's Next?
