BUMPER TO BUMPER SITE OWNERS SEEKING TO SELL LAND FOR RETAIL/CONDOS

We told you last week about the Township's plans to demolish the former Bumper to Bumper auto repair building at Yale Street and Springfield Avenue.

It appears the property owners are trying to sell the location and are promoting it as ready and zoned for retail. housing mix.

See part of their ad below:

Builder Retiring and Selling Land and Fully Approved Building Plans To Construct Mixed Use Residential/Retail Building Containing 15 Luxury Condominium Homes and Retail Space in The Heart Of Maplewood.

Mayor Vic Deluca confirmed that is the same site and said that if the Township paid to demolish it, it would place a lien on the property to recoup the cost.
