SHOULD THE POST OFFICE DEVELOPMENT PLAN BE CHOSEN? TAKE OUR SURVEY

A lot has been made, good and bad, of the Township Committee's initial choice of a New York firm to develop the current Maplewood Village Post Office site.

After the township sought interest from prospective developers, eight companies submitted potential proposals. Those were later whittled down to three.

Just last week, the TC indicated a committee it had appointed had chosen L & M Development of Larchmont, N.Y.

That company's proposal would include a three-story building, with 10,000 square feet of retail, additional parking, and 25 apartment units.

See the plans HERE.

Do you think that is the proper use? Take our quick survey below. All votes are confidential.

We will post results on Tuesday, Jan. 7, the day that the TC is set to vote on the plan.
