SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD BUDGET MEETING TONIGHT

We told you earlier this week about the Board of Education proposed budget that would include a $123 million spending plan, with $112 million raised from taxes. The board is also considering going over the 2% state tax increase cap, while cutting elementary school foreign language classes.

Residents have a chance to speak and ask questions on the process at a special board meeting tonight at 7:30 p.m.
