MIDDLE SCHOOL PHONE TROUBLES

From Maplewood Middle School today:

Dear MMS School Community,
Please be advised that we are experiencing technical difficulties with the phone system at Maplewood Middle School. Calls can be received in the main office; however our voice mail system is not working.
If your call is not urgent matter, we recommend that you use email instead.
If you call the school (973-378-7660), please be aware of the following:

• Your call will ring directly to the desk of one of our three secretaries.
  • The secretaries will be able to direct your call or take a message.
  • If all three lines are busy, you will receive a busy signal. Please be patient and call back. If no one picks up, please try again.
• If there is a true emergency and you are unable to get through, please contact the board office who will be able to reach Maplewood Middle School.

Our IT Department is aware of the problem and staff is doing their best to fix it as soon as possible. We will notify you when the problem has been resolved. We thank you for your continued patience.
