MAYOR PLANNING AHEAD

Mayor Vic De Luca continues to show he is everywhere, spotted at Memorial Park Wednesday morning with Police Chief Robert Cimino and what appeared to be event organizers.

 Asked why he was there, the mayor said in an email: "July 4th."

 Glad to see they start early on the planning.
