Sources indicate a parent at Tuscan School was called home from New York Friday after the school nurse phoned the family to say that one of their children was sick.
When the mom arrived and began leaving with the child, he told the parent he had not been sick, it had been someone else in his class.
When the nurse was informed, she apologized. But this would seem to be a troubling situation when the nurse does not even know which child is sick and forces a parent to come home from work in Manhattan.
Are you listening Principal Malikah Majeed? Probably not.

Tha real problem is the parents of all the children. They must get together and DEMAND Majeed be FIRED
How can this be done? What are the next steps? What is needed as 'evidence' to fire Majeed? A parent petition? A survey conducted among a representative sample of parents? A million man/woman March? What??? Every parent I know at Tuscan is horribly dissatisfied with Majeed. I have heard unbelievable story after story about her lack of leadership. I don't trust her with the safety of my children. She is an embarrassment to this neighborhood. And affecting property values. WE ARE BETTER THAN THIS. CAMPAIGN FOR A NEW PRINCIPAL AT TUSCAN!!
