GREAT BENEFIT MUSIC TONIGHT AT ST. JOE'S CHURCH

Maplewood's own Virginia Johnston and Dan Crisci will perform with the Canticles for Life AIDS Benefit Concert Music Ministry tonight at 7 PM at St. Joseph's Church, 767 Prospect St.

The concert is part of St. Joe's Performances on Prospect Street concert series.

A free-will offering will be accepted to support three NJ charities that support those impacted by HIV/AIDS and in remembrance of those lost to the disease: New Jersey AIDS Services, The AIDS Resource Foundation for Children, and the NAMES Project of Northern NJ.

The concert will feature the Triad Vocal Ensemble, a mixed choir performing anthems, Gospel and Broadway selections. You can also hear vocalists Kirsten Almeida and Nina Elias share Broadway selections. Panels from the AIDS Memorial Quilt will be on display as well.
