If you are among the millions who wait until today, the April 15 deadline, to file your tax return, you can get it in the mail under the deadline by 6:30 p.m. at the main post office at 195 Maplewood Ave. in Maplewood Village near Lenox Place.
The post office in Newark, at 2 Federal Square, is open until 7 p.m.
The only later post office in the state is way down in Bellmawr in Camden County, which is open until 10 p.m. tonight.
But you can also mail the return up until midnight in New York City at the James Farley Post Office at 33rd Street and Eighth Avenue, which is open 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.
