At the time, the TC had authorized Township Attorney Roger Desiderio to bid on the land, but the bidding went too high and ended at $410,000 for another buyer.
Desiderio informed the TC on Tuesday night that the sale had fallen through and the land was up for bid again. The governing body directed him to take another shot at buying the property.
