WIND KNOCKS DOWN TREE, WIRES; SHUTS PARKING LOT

Police shutdown about half of the parking lot behind Arturo's and Village Coffee this morning after the windy conditions knocked a tree down and ripped some utility wires.

No injuries were apparent, but it made already tight parking even tougher.
