Down in the schedule of issues for the TC, under the consent agenda, is a resolution titled: Authorization For Signature Treatment Works Application for Realignment of Sanitary Sewer in Conjunction with the Post House.
It is a resolution that includes some of the sewer expansion and realignment changes that will be needed if and when the proposed project, apparently being called the Post House, is built.

The 20-unit, three story retail/housing project was recently given initial approval by the TC.
But the plan is far from a done deal and will be the subject of a Maplewood Village Alliance review meeting at Town Hall on Wednesday night.
